This pack is still super dead sounding like its vol 1 and vol 2 predecessors, but the main difference is that this kit has a bit more decay and snap. Also, there are two snare options: a Gretsch chrome over brass tuned medium so it really has some pop and my 1967 Ludwig Acrolite (my very first snare) tuned medium low so it really has some beef!
